Requesting a link does not delete your account. Open the email and confirm your choice. No sign-in or app installation is required.

Request account deletion by email

Request deletion without the app

Use the form on metiapp.com/delete-account to request a confirmation link at your account email address. Opening the link does not delete your account; you must confirm the request on the page it opens.

Alternatively, email support@metiapp.com with the subject “Delete my Meti App account” from your account email address. Say that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. We may need to verify ownership. Do not send your password or verification codes.

Request deletion in Meti

Open your profile, find the account deletion option in the danger zone, read the consequences and confirm. The app's implemented flow schedules deletion after a seven-day cancellation period. During that period, sign in and choose Restore to cancel. Simply uninstalling the app does not request deletion.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes your sign-in account, profile and linked personal records, including tasks, habits, goals, notes, health and activity records, finance records, time and reading data, and points. Unused points are lost and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Merchant transaction records may remain in anonymized form for reconciliation. After deletion completes, the account cannot be restored.

If you are the only owner of a merchant business, deletion also suspends that business and its offers. This consequence does not prevent you from requesting deletion.

Timing and retained data

The in-app and confirmation-link flows provide a seven-day cancellation period after confirmation. Sign in and choose Restore during that period if you change your mind. For a request made by email, support will confirm the next steps after verifying ownership.

Backups expire under the hosting provider’s retention schedule. Limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or disputes while needed for those purposes. Contact support@metiapp.com for information about retention affecting your request.

If you cannot access your account email

Contact support@metiapp.com and explain that you cannot access the email used for your Meti account. We may request information necessary to verify ownership. Do not send identification documents unless a verified support representative explains why they are necessary and how to send them securely.
